Win Themer is a lite file that will change all your icons and will set the icons of the Oxygen theme form KDE environment.

The installation will take not more than 2 minutes and it will change the look of the interface.

When you'll use Win Themer, you'll see how Start menu folders will turn into red, desktop folders in blue and many other changes.

Although the icon change is ot compatible with Windows Vista or Seven, Windows XP users will welcome it.
